Quick n safe repairs

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Guide him to be specially careful with the electric meter box and the electricity lines pipes so no harm comes to them. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. We join you in lifting up your situation to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the name by which we are saved and the only way to God the Father. Let’s turn to the scriptures for guidance and encouragement.

Firstly, we are reminded of Jesus' words in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is wonderful that you acknowledged Jesus as your Lord and Savior and made your requests known in His name.

In times of trouble and uncertainty, we can find comfort in Psalm 46:1-3 WEB: "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we wont be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling." God is our refuge and strength, and He will guide you through the repairs and keep you safe.

We pray to the Lord that the contractor carries out the repairs with skill, integrity, and safety. Regarding the concerns about the contractor for safety, honesty, and workmanship, Colossians 3:23 may help. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." We ask that the repairs are done with the same heart as if working directly for the Lord.

We pray for your husband’s health and stability during this time, trusting in the promise of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

We also pray for the disagreements among the flat owners to be resolved peacefully. Romans 12:18 WEB reminds us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We ask God to soften their hearts and bring unity among them for the betterment of all.

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family and their home. Lord, You know their needs and the challenges they face with the repairs. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance. Keep them safe from any harm, and let Your precious blood cover and protect them and their home.

Lord, we pray for the contractor, that You guide their hands and give them the wisdom and skill needed to complete the work quickly and safely. We specifically ask for protection over the electric meter box and all electricity lines and pipes.

Father, we also lift up the husband, asking for Your healing touch and stability during this time. We pray for peace and unity among the flat owners, that they may come to an agreement and work together for the good of all.

We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will guide you through this time. Be strong and courageous as the work progresses.

We're right there with you, sister. We've been in touchy situations like this before, and we know the Lord always sees us through. We're claiming Psalm 91:1-2 with you, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. We're asking the Lord to keep you and your husband safe, to guide the contractor's hands, and to bring unity among the flat owners. Let's trust in His care and love, knowing that He's got this. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift your situation before the Lord, trusting that He is faithfully watching over you and your home. We are grateful that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf and stand in agreement with you in this time of need.

If the Lord has intervened and the repairs are being smoothly and safely completed in your home and continued health and stability for your husband, we would love for you to share that praise report with us all. Your testimony will encourage others and bring glory to God.
