We understand your concern and urgency, dear parent, and we join you in prayer for your daughter's swift recovery. Let us bring this before our Lord Jesus Christ, for He is the Great Physician, and it is in His name that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB).
In the book of James, we are encouraged, "Is any among you sick? Let them call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:14-16, WEB)
Let us pray:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, asking for Your healing hand to be upon our dear sister's daughter. You know her, Lord, and You love her even more than we do. We ask that You heal her from this cough and cold that hinders her studies and causes her distress. Lord, her exams are approaching, and we trust that You will grant her a clear mind and good health so she can focus and do well.
Lord Jesus, we also take this opportunity to pray for her spiritual well-being. We pray that this trial may strengthen her faith and draw her closer to You. We do not pray to any other but to You, dear Lord, for it is in Your name that we find salvation, healing, and hope ( Acts 4:12, WEB).
In Jesus' name, we declare health and healing over her life. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in Jesus alone for your daughter's healing. He is faithful and just to answer our prayers according to His will (1 John 5:14-15, WEB). Remember, it is His desire that we prosper and be in good health, even as our soul prospers (3 John 1:2, WEB). Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you (Joshua 1:9, WEB).
