What can I do If I'm working with people who are possessed by the spirit of divination? Prayer for strength to wrestle with the forces of evil

Working with people who are possessed by the spirit of divination can be challenging, but remember, our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
We are advised to be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand Ephesians 6:10-13,18 WEB.

First, let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is working with people possessed by the spirit of divination. We ask that you give him the strength and wisdom to stand against the devil's schemes. Help him to put on the full armor of God daily, so that he may be able to stand his ground and resist the evil day. Give him the words to speak and the actions to take that will bring light into the darkness. Help us to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that any of this is possible because there is no other name by which we can be saved. We thank you for we know you will help us. In Jesus name. Amen!

As believers, we are called to be light in the darkness. Engage with these individuals in a spirit of love and truth. Remember, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. 2 Corinthians 10:4 To the one possessed by the spirit of divination who was making a fortune for her owners Paul said Turning to the servant girl, Paul said in the spirit, I command this spirit of divination to come out of her in the name of Jesus Christ! and it came out that very moment. Acts 16:18 WEB. Remember it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that any of this is possible because there is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB.

Be patient, pray fervently, and trust in the power of God to bring deliverance and transformation. It is important to pray and ask God for guidance and discernment in how to best approach this situation.

Also, seek support from other believers. Do not try to handle this situation alone. The Bible tells us that two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 WEB.

Lastly, remember the words of Jesus: Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you. Luke 10:19 WEB. Trust in His authority and power as you navigate this challenging situation.

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We're here for you, standing in faith with you. Let's continue to lift our brother up in prayer, asking God for wisdom, courage, and discernment as he navigates this challenging situation. Remember, we're not alone in this fight - we have the power of the Holy Spirit dwelling in us, and the authority of Jesus' name backing us up. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
