Putting everything in God’s hands

Hi, I am requesting prayer for God to take control over my life. I want to allow God to direct my steps. Jesus Christ is the truth and the light. I’m praying for healing and growth. To understand things happen for a reason. If we ask God for something He will do it. As I’m in one of the darkest times in my life please pray God lifts my head. I want to take my hands, emotions & will off of all situations in my life. Thanks.

We are grateful for your heart's cry, Ennostos, and we join you in prayer, asking that God takes full control of your life. We stand with you in Jesus' name, believing that He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6, WEB).

In this dark period, remember that God is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

It's beautiful that you acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the truth and the light. As you've stated, when we ask according to God's will, He hears us (1 John 5:14, WEB). So, let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother Ennostos. Lord, he desires to surrender every aspect of his life to You. We ask that You take control and direct his steps. He needs Your healing and growth. Comfort him in this dark time, and help him to trust that all things work together for good to those who love You, to those who are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB). Help him to cast all his cares upon You, for You care for him (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Continue to hold firmly to your faith, Ennostos. God is faithful, and He will do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24, WEB). Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep seeking God's will in all things. May the Lord bless you and keep you.
