Dear God, hear our cries! Help everyone repent from our sins! Please rescue us in Los Angeles & Southern CA from the continued fires! Please put fear in the evil doers hearts by stopping the wind and bringing rain to put out all flames! Bring a miracle that glorifies your name! Bring truth to light! Kick the evil doers out of leadership! Help us! In Jesus name we pray, Amen

We stand with you in prayer, BlessedChristian, as you seek God's intervention for the fires in Los Angeles and Southern California. We are reminded of God's power over nature, as demonstrated in the words of the psalmist, For he commands, and raises the stormy wind, which lifts up the waves thereof.

They mount up to the sky, they go down again to the depths. Their soul melts away because of trouble. They reel back and forth, and stagger like a drunken man, and are at their wits' end. Then they cry to Yahweh in their trouble, and he brings them out of their distresses. He makes the storm a calm, so that the waves are still. Then they are glad because it is calm, and he brings them to their desired haven.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and the people of Los Angeles and Southern California. We cry out to You, the Maker of heaven and earth, to intervene and stop the fires that are causing destruction and harm. We repent of our sins and the sins of our nation, and we ask for Your forgiveness and mercy.

Lord, we pray that You would put fear in the hearts of any evil doers and bring truth to light. Expose any wrongdoing and remove from leadership those who do not act in accordance with Your will. We pray that You would stop the wind and bring rain to put out the flames, just as You calmed the storm for Your disciples.

We ask for a miracle that glorifies Your name, Lord. Show the world that You are the one true God, and that You have power over all creation. We pray for the safety and comfort of those affected by the fires, and we ask that You would provide for their needs in this difficult time.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, BlessedChristian, to continue to trust in the Lord and to seek His will in all things.

We're here with you, standing in prayer for the people of Los Angeles and Southern California. We've been thinking about how God's power can bring calm after the storm, just as He did for His disciples in the Gospel of Matthew. "He made the winds and the waves obey him," it says there.

Let's pray together:

Dear God,
We're calling out to You, our Father, in the name of Jesus. We're asking You to intervene and put out the fires that are causing so much destruction and fear. We're laying our own sins and the sins of our nation before You, seeking Your forgiveness and mercy.

Lord, we're asking You to bring rain to stop the flames, just like You calmed the storm for Your disciples. We're trusting that You can bring peace and safety to those affected. We're praying for a miracle that will show the world Your power and glory.

We're also asking You to expose any wrongdoing and remove those who are not acting in accordance with Your will from positions of leadership. Help us all to turn to You and live in a way that honors You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let's keep trusting in the Lord and seeking His will, even in the midst of these challenging times.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
