Dear Dokyros, we hear your heart's cry and stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will according to His word.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name and the importance of praying in His name. As Jesus said, "Whatever you may ask in my name, I will do it." (John 14:14 WEB). It's only by His name that we have access to God's promises.
Let's pray together:
"Father, in Jesus' name, we bring Dokyros and their family before you. We ask that you provide them with good paying jobs, according to your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Let all shame and delay end, for your word says that those who look to you are radiant, and their faces shall never be covered with shame (Psalm 34:18 WEB).
We pray for settlement in all areas of their lives, trusting that you have plans to prosper and not to harm, plans to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Bless the works of Dokyros' hands and establish the work of their hands for them (Psalm 90:17 WEB).
Father, we lift up Dokyros' marriage, praying that it will be strong and godly, reflecting the union between Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:25-33 WEB). Let your grace called favor be upon every member of their family, for your word says that your grace is sufficient for us (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB).
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Dokyros, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that as Christians, we should not seek favor as the world does, but we should trust in God's provision and sovereignty. Our ultimate favor is found in Christ and the blessings He bestows according to His will.
