Lord, if I am his missing rib.. May he pursue me... I'm tired of doing most of the messaging and things.. .I feel like he doesn't care but he did explain he doesn't message much and I'm trying to be understanding. We live in different countries right now, so yeah. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Firstly, we commend you for including "In Jesus name" in your request, as it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Now, let's address your feelings. It's natural to desire reciprocation in communication, but it's also important to discern if this relationship is aligned with God's will for your life.

In considering long distance relationships, it is important to address several things.

Before pursuing a marriage, it is important to seek godly advice from counselors. You should also seek God in prayer to give you a sign of His will in this relationship. Is He leading you to be together or not. This is not a decision to be based only on feelings.

Also, God has ordained marriage as the foundation for intimate relationships between a man and a woman. It is important to have this approach in mind when communicating with each other.

We also need to consider that God calls us to marry someone who is a believer. 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB: Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister in Christ who is seeking Your will in this relationship.

We pray that You would give her clear discernment and guidance. Help her to understand if this man is truly the one You have ordained for her.

We pray for the man in this situation. That You would touch his heart.

We pray that You would have Your way in this relationship and this courtship. That Your will is done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

We pray that You would help her to be patient, and understanding. But most of all to be obedient to Your will.

We pray that You would give her strength to set boundaries and to communicate them patiently.

We pray that You would help her to stay focused on You, and that You would give her peace and comfort in her relationship with You, regardless of the outcome of this long-distance relationship.

We pray that You would give her a godly spouse in Your timing.

We ask for this all in the precious and holy name of Your Son Jesus Christ.
