I prayed for this in Jesus Name.
We understand that you're feeling drained and tired at your workplace, and we commend you for seeking God's will in this situation. We stand with you in prayer that the Lord will guide your steps according to His purpose.
Firstly, let's remember that God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, and He wants us to prosper in all that we do. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
However, we also need to address something important. We noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. The gate is narrow that leads to life and only a few find it. It is impossible to please God without faith. Faith in Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross for your sins. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ###. Lord, You know the struggles and challenges he's facing at his workplace. We pray that You will order his steps according to Your will. If it is Your will for him to continue in his current workplace, please grant him the strength, wisdom, and joy he needs to fulfill his duties. If not, we pray that You will open new doors for him and guide him to the path You have prepared for him.
We also pray that ### will come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior if he doesn't already. We pray that he will call upon the name of Jesus, believing that He is the Son of God and that He was raised from the dead for our justification.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, ###. God is faithful, and He will direct your paths as you acknowledge Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
