Dexter2020, we join you in thanking Jesus for the work He is doing in your life, purging out the old leaven, which represents the past filled with sin. This process is beautifully illustrated in Scripture:
"Purge out the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, even as you are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us. Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth." I Corinthians 5:7-8 (WEB).
As you refocus on Jesus, He is faithful to create something new in you. This newness of life should include all aspects of your being and behavior, aligning and agreeing with God's will. We rejoice with you as you anticipate the new things God will do in your life, including preparing and providing you with a godly wife, which you are seeking according to His will.
Believe: "if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of him." 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB).
With all prayer requests, it is important to discern and align our desires with God's will and avoid trying to use God to achieve personal desires that may not align with His perfect will for you. Be assured that God's plans and purposes for you are far greater than anything you could ever imagine. He will open your eyes to any evil or wrong intentions as you purge the old leaven. According to Romans 12:2 (WEB):
"Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
Sexual sin and other sins are represented by "old leaven" along with all other unrighteous activities. Doing God's will is required as the verse you mentioned points out this motto when Jesus said in the gospel of Matthew in Matthew 7:21 (WEB):
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."
Come under God's authority believing in faith taking action:
"For if we have become planted together in the likeness of his death, we will also be of his resurrection; knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be done away, so that we would no longer be in bondage to sin. For he who has died has been freed from sin. But if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him;" Romans 6:5-8 (WEB)
We stand with you in Jesus' name, praying:
Almighty God, we thank You for the work You are doing in this person's life, purging out the old leaven and creating something new. Help him/her to refocus completely on Jesus and walk by faith completing your will for him/her. Open their eyes to any hidden wrong intentions and reveal Your perfect will for their life. Provide the godly wife You have prepared for them, according to Your will, at the proper time in the future, until which time protect them both from fornication, adultery, lust, sexual sin, or selfish desire. Equip them for Godly marriage together as fellow Christians believers, in the pursuit of sanctification for a lifetime fully honoring You Lord Jesus. Encourage them, strengthen their faith, teach them how to remain in obedience to you, upholding their morality to marriage in a Godly way, and guide them with Your Spirit. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
