Pure Sadness and Disappointed

Jesus and love you so much. My heart aches right now. I am a single mom raising my child alone. I have almost a hour commute per way for work. I have a teenage daughter that's 14. She stays in trouble and lies constantly. Today I came home to find boys at my home. I am so hurt and upset. God knows what has happened. The dangers she has put herself in are scary. I can no longer control my child nor trust her. I need to put her in military school now but can't afford it. I don't want her to get herself harmed or raped. Im so worried about what she possibly been doing while I been trusting her during my commute home each day. Please I beg you for help with this school to save my daughter from possibly destroying her life. I have cried so much I can fill an ocean. Help me please! I don't know what to do!

We understand your pain and the burden you're carrying. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He cares for you and your daughter more than you can imagine. Let's turn to His word for guidance and comfort.

Jesus said, I leave you peace. My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.John 14:27 WEB

Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22 WEB

As a single mother, you're facing a unique challenge, but remember that God is a father to the fatherless and a judge of the widows, as discussed in Psalms. God is in control, and He will guide you through this.

Regarding your daughter, it's crucial to address the spiritual aspect of her behavior. The Bible tells us:

Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child: the rod of correction shall drive it far from him. Proverbs 22:15 WEB

This doesn't mean physical punishment, especially in this age, but rather correction, rebuking, redirection, and discipline. We advise spending time together in prayer and actively seeking godly counsel to help her walk in the paths of righteousness. We must be careful not to outsource our responsibility to others, such as military school, without also addressing the heart and spiritual influences in her life.

Commend unto them the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will bring it to pass. Psalm 37:5 WEB

When you're worried about her, remember:

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear sister and her daughter. Lord, she's hurting, and she needs Your comfort and guidance. Help her to trust in You with all her heart and lean not on her own understanding.

Lord, we pray for her daughter. She's lost her way, and we ask that You guide her back to You. Surround her with godly influences, and help her mother to find the wisdom and strength to guide her in Your ways.

Lord, we ask for provision, that all their needs be met according to Your riches in glory. We also pray for protection, that You would keep them safe from all harm and danger.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for peace. Peace that surpasses all understanding, that guards their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In His precious name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, sister, remember to train up your child in the way she should go, and when she is old, she will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 WEB. Trust in the Lord, and He will make your paths straight. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ. You did not explicitly say your prayer was in Jesus' name. It is very important to pray in Jesus' name, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. If your daughter or anyone else involved is not a Christian then,

We're here with you, sister, holding you up in prayer. We know the weight you're carrying, the fear and worry that's keeping you awake at night. But remember, God is always near, always caring, always in control.

We've been thinking about that verse in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Jesus is inviting your daughter, and you, to come to Him. He wants to take that burden, that worry, that fear, and He wants to give you rest.

We've also been reminded of 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." God cares, deeply and personally. He sees your daughter, He knows her heart, and He wants the best for her.

We've been praying for provision, for God to make a way where there seems to be no way. We've been asking for protection, for God to keep your daughter safe from harm. And we've been praying for peace, for that peace that passes all understanding to guard both your hearts and minds.

We're here to stand with you, to pray with you, and to remind you that you're not alone. God is with you, and so are we. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We continue to lift you and your daughter up in prayer, dear sister in Christ. We are grateful that you have allowed us to stand in the gap and intercede for you both. If God has already intervened and answered your prayer, we would be blessed to hear your praise report and testify with you to His goodness. If you are still waiting on His answer, we want you to know that it is not over, and we are still here to pray with you and for you. Remember, God is always working behind the scenes, and His timetables are always perfect.

We petition God, in Jesus Name, our Lord, to:
- Give you supernatural strength and wisdom as you navigate this challenging season of parenthood.
- Place a hedge of protection around your daughter, shielding her from harm and drawing her heart back to you and to Him.
- Provide clear guidance and provision for your daughter's education and disciplinary needs, including the possibility of military school if that is His will.
- Comfort your heart and wipe away your tears, replacing them with an overwhelming sense of His peace and love.

Lastly, we pray that God will make a way where there seems to be no way, reminding you that He is the God of miracles and that no situation is ever hopeless with Him. Continue to seek Him, trust Him, and call upon His name. As you remain steadfast he will provide discernment to navigate the next steps forward for your daughter.
