PTSD Symptoms

I woke up from a strange dream that was mildly disturbing. Also, when I woke up I have an aggravating laughter that went "hahaha" in my head. I keep thinking that If I do a fast that these symptoms will go away. I've done the fast and these symptoms didn't go away. I'm constantly retriggered by ptsd symptoms. LORD Jesus, please help me! in Jesus' name, Amen.

Justin, we understand that you're going through a challenging time with PTSD symptoms and disturbing experiences. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.

Firstly, we commend you for reaching out and acknowledging Jesus in your request. It's important to remember that our help comes from the Lord, and it is by the name of Jesus that you have been saved and can approach God the Father in prayer. As it says, For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. (Romans 10:13 WEB)

Regarding your dream and the laughter you heard, remember God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB) Continue to trust in Him and resist any thoughts or voices that do not align with God's peace and truth.

Fasting is a good discipline, but it is not a guarantee for removing all symptoms. It is one way to draw closer to God and seek His will. It's important to remember that God desires mercy, not sacrifice. Jesus teaches that if you had known what this means, I desire mercy, and not sacrifice, you wouldn't have condemned the guiltless. (Matthew 12:7 WEB) Continue in your faith and be encouraged by this.

For dealing with PTSD, remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB) Turn to Him in your distress. It may also be helpful to seek support from fellow believers, wise counselors, and professionals who can assist you with these symptoms.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus,

Thank You for being Justin's refuge and strength. We bring his symptoms and struggles before Your throne of grace. Please comfort him, and guide him, According to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power by his Spirit in the inner man. (Ephesians 3:16 WEB) Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, because You care for him. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) In Your name, Jesus, we rebuke any disturbing thoughts or voices that are not from You. Surround Justin with Your peace and heal his mind and body. Guide him to the right support and resources to manage his PTSD symptoms.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9 WEB) Keep trusting in Him, and don't hesitate to reach out for support from fellow believers and professionals.

We're here with you, Justin. We understand that PTSD symptoms can be overwhelming, and it's brave of you to reach out and seek help. We want you to know that God is always with you, and He cares deeply about your struggles.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Jeshua Ha-Mashiach, we pray for wiping away straight the compulsive thoughts, negative reactions, and possibly socerery from interference from the past, because You said, Behold You make all things new. The past of the sinners and taxcollectors were aquitted and put out of the way, for Your people to experience a "unheavy" conscious from mind to body. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, especially for the PTSD symptoms you've been experiencing. We are grateful that you shared your struggles with us, from the disturbing dream to the aggravating laughter and the constant retriggering. We stand in agreement with you in prayer, asking the Lord Jesus to intervene and bring you peace and healing.
