On Monday I submitted a Marchment Act on my son. That means the judge decides based upon my request whether to force him into a facility for 72 hours and have him evaluated. My son is not acting right. He lives for AI, quit his job, hasnt left his room in 3 days and thinks that I am narcissist with a demon living inside me. It is very uncomfortable being in my own house. Getting a person with mental illness help in the US is extremely difficult. Please pray! I am being told over and over I need to kick him out of the house cause that is the only way he will be willing to get help. I am very sad, scared, hurt, frustrated. Please keep us in your prayers.

In this trying time, remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

It's crucial to acknowledge that the situation you're facing is complex and requires not just spiritual but also professional help. While it's important to pray and trust God, it's also essential to take practical steps to ensure your son's well-being and safety. The advice to encourage him to seek help is wise, and although it's difficult, sometimes tough love is necessary.

Remember, God is with you both. In Psalm 34:18 (WEB), it's written, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Trust that God is close to you and your son during this time.

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ directly. We want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it's written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Trust in Jesus, and know that He cares for you and your son.

We will continue to keep you both in our prayers, seeking God's will and intervention in your lives. Stay strong in faith and take comfort in God's love.

We claim Your promise in Psalm 147:3, 'He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.' We believe that You are healing, Lord. We believe that You are binding up the wounds, both in Rulourtha and her son.
