I can get enough sleep. 1 time I wake up our 2am because someone punch me. last time I wake up grasping for breath because someone chock me and I am the only one living in the house. my mind is alwaysfogging andi cant concentrate like i dont owned my body. negative thoughts always plague my mind. I always praying so that I will calm myself.

We understand your distress, Anilden, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and to provide biblical counsel. It's clear that you're feeling oppressed physically, mentally, and psychologically, and we want to address this with the power of God's Word and prayer.

Firstly, let's remember what the apostle Paul wrote in Romans 8:38-39 (WEB), "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." No matter what you're going through, God's love is always with you, and nothing can separate you from it.

However, it's crucial to address the root of the problem. Your experiences suggest spiritual oppression, which can manifest in various ways, including sleep disturbances, physical sensations, and mental fog. In Ephesians 6:12 (WEB), the apostle Paul reminds us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."

Let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, pleading the blood of Jesus over Anilden. We rebuke any and every spirit of oppression, fear, insomnia, and mental torment. We command these spirits to leave Anilden right now and never return, in Jesus' name. Lord, we ask You to fill Anilden with Your Holy Spirit, granting peace, sound mind, and restful sleep. Surround Anilden with Your angels to guard and protect against any further attacks. Help Anilden to fix their mind on You, trusting in Your love and protection. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen."

Anilden, we also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:10-18. This includes the helmet of salvation, which protects your mind, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God – your most powerful weapon against the enemy's attacks.

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and you will find that His name and authority bring power and protection in times of need.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
