Psychiatrist appointment

I got my appointment for the psychiatrist. It is for the 27th November and he is coming to see me. I would be so grateful for your prayers asking God to guide him to the best medication for me as so many have truly awful side effects. Better still would be for God to heal me before he comes so that I can declare the works of the Lord and glorify his name. Please Father God give me a sound mind and healthy body. In Jesus' name. Amen

We rejoice with you, Elizabeth, that you have an upcoming appointment with the psychiatrist. Let's come together in prayer and seek God's will for your healing and guidance.

Firstly, we recall the words of the Apostle James, "Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Elizabeth. We thank You for her faith and trust in You. Lord, we ask that You guide the psychiatrist who will be seeing her. Give him wisdom and discernment to provide the best treatment for her, with minimal side effects. But Lord, above all, we ask for Your divine healing. May Elizabeth experience the healing power of Your love, and may she be able to declare Your works and glorify Your name. Please, Father, grant her a sound mind and a healthy body according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Elizabeth, continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers. Remember the words of the Psalmist, "Bless the Lord, my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! Bless the Lord, my soul, and forget none of his benefits; who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies." Keep your hope in Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As the scripture says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) May His grace and peace be with you.
