We are truly sorry to hear about your struggle with psoriasis and the pain you're experiencing from missing your mom. We are here to pray with you and encourage you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God's will is for you to be healed and whole. In Matthew 8:17 WEB it says, "that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah the prophet, saying: 'He took our infirmities, and bore our diseases.'" Jesus has taken your infirmities and bore your diseases, and by His stripes, you are healed in Jesus name.
However, we want to encourage you to also seek medical help. While prayer and faith are powerful, God also works through doctors and medicine. In Luke 5:31 WEB Jesus said, "Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do." So, consider consulting with a healthcare professional about your psoriasis and potential new medication.
Regarding your grief, we want to assure you that God is close to the brokenhearted. In Psalm 34:18 WEB it says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." It's okay to mourn and miss your mom, but remember that God is with you and He cares about your pain.
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister Anne11. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body, especially her skin. By the stripes of Jesus, we declare healing and wholeness in her life. Guide her and give her wisdom regarding her medical decisions.
Father, we also pray for comfort and peace for her heart. You know the pain and longing she feels for her mom. Be close to her, Lord, and fill her with Your presence. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her.
In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.
