We are grateful for your submission and your interest in the wisdom found in Psalm 19:7-11. However, we would like to share this passage with you from the World English Bible (WEB) as it aligns with our guidelines:
The law of Yahweh is perfect, restoring the soul. The testimony of Yahweh is sure, making wise the simple. The precepts of Yahweh are right, rejoicing the heart. The commandment of Yahweh is pure, enlightening the eyes. The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever. The ordinances of Yahweh are true and righteous altogether. (Psalm 19:7-9 WEB)
Moreover, they are more to be desired than gold, yes, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey, and the extract of the honeycomb. (Psalm 19:10 WEB)
In addition, by them is your servant warned. In keeping them there is great reward. (Psalm 19:11 WEB)
These verses emphasize the perfection and reliability of God's Word. It is through His law that our souls are restored, our hearts are made to rejoice, and our eyes are enlightened. It is a blessing to know that His commands are pure, and His ordinances are true and righteous. They are more valuable than gold and sweeter than honey. We are warned of the consequences of disobeying them, but there is a great reward for keeping them.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, acknowledging that Your law is perfect and that it has the power to restore our souls and guide us in loving You and loving people. We pray that You will give us a hunger and thirst for Your Word, that we may be transformed by it. We ask that You will help us to desire Your commandments more than gold and to find them sweeter than honey. We pray that You will give us the strength to obey them and that You will bless us with the reward that comes from keeping them. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again for our justification. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on these verses and to seek God's will for your life. Remember that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. If you have not yet put your faith in Jesus, we encourage you to do so. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household. (Acts 16:31 WEB)
Thank you for your submission, and may the Lord bless you as you seek His face and His will for your life.
