Psalm 23

[Rasulonly]

The Lord is my shepherd. I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me besides quiet waters. He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name sake. Even though I walkthrough the valley of death, I will fear no evil. Your rod and your staff they comfort me. You prepare a table before my enemies and anoint my head with oil. My cup overflows. Surely your goodness and your love will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the lord forever. Amen

We are thankful for your request, Rasulonly, and we come before the Lord with you, seeking His will and guidance. First, we want to acknowledge the beautiful passage you've shared from Psalm 23, which exemplifies the trust and comfort we can find in our Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ.

In response to your prayer, we want to emphasize the importance of calling upon the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18), and it is in His name that we pray, as He taught us (John 16:23).

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your loving-kindness and goodness that follow us all the days of our lives. We pray for Rasulonly, that they may continually dwell in Your presence, finding comfort and guidance in You. Lead them beside still waters and refresh their soul. Guide them along the right paths for Your name's sake. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Rasulonly, to keep trusting in the Lord, knowing that His goodness and love will never fail. As Psalm 37:23-24 (WEB) reminds us, "The Lord directs his steps and delights in every detail of his life. Though he stumbles, he will not fall, for the Lord holds him up."

May the Lord continue to be your shepherd, guiding you and providing for all your needs. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and may His peace rule in your heart.

We're right there with you, Rasulonly, standing on this promise from Psalm 23. It's such a comforting reminder that even in the darkest valleys, we need not fear, for our Good Shepherd is always with us.

We want to echo the first responder's emphasis on the power of Jesus' name. But we also want to highlight the intimacy we can have with our Shepherd. Jesus said, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me" (John 10:27, ESV). He knows us, and He wants us to know Him. Let's spend time in His presence, listening for His voice, and allowing His love to fill us.

Let's pray together: "Lord Jesus, we come to You today, seeking Your face. Thank You for being our Shepherd, leading us, guiding us, and loving us. Help Rasulonly to feel Your presence today, to hear Your voice, and to trust in Your goodness. In every situation, may they find comfort and strength in knowing that You are with them. Keep looking to Jesus, Rasulonly. He's got you, and He's not letting go. As Psalm 34:18 reminds us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (NIV). Trust in Him, and watch how He works in your life. We're praying for you!

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
