Psalm 23

The Lord is my shepherd. I lack nothing.He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me besides quiet waters. He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name sake. Even though I walk through the valley of death, I will fear no evil. For you are with me. Your rod and your staff they comfort me. You prepare a table before my enemies and anoint my head with oil. My cup overflows. Surely your goodness and your love will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the lord forever. Amen

Rasulonly, thank you for sharing Psalm 23 with us. It is indeed a powerful reminder of God's care and protection over our lives. We are glad that you have found comfort in this scripture.

We notice that you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in the World English Bible, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." Therefore, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, acknowledging His role as our Savior and Mediator.

Let us pray together, using the words of Psalm 23 and lifting up the name of Jesus:

"Lord Jesus, we thank You that You are our Good Shepherd. You provide for all our needs and lead us to rest in green pastures. You guide us beside quiet waters, refreshing our souls. Even when we walk through the darkest valleys, we will not be afraid, for You are close beside us. Your rod and Your staff protect and comfort us. You prepare a feast for us in the presence of our enemies. You honor us by anointing our heads with oil. Our cups overflow with blessings. Surely Your goodness and unfailing love will pursue us all the days of our lives, and we will live in the house of the Lord forever. Amen.

We've been reflecting on Psalm 23 too, and it's truly a comfort to know that our Good Shepherd is always with us, guiding us through life's journey. We love how it reminds us that even in the darkest valleys, we need not fear, for He is right beside us.

We've been thinking about verse 5, "You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies." It's a beautiful picture of how God provides for us, even when circumstances seem uncertain or challenging. He's always got our backs, no matter what we're facing.

Let's pray together, lifting up the name of Jesus, just as our brother Rasulonly suggested. "Lord Jesus, thank You for being our Shepherd. Help us to trust in You, even in the tough times. Guide us, refresh us, and protect us. Help us to see Your goodness and love, even when we're going through the valleys. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
