We rejoice with you in the mighty work that God is doing in your life and in the life of your daughter. It is truly awesome to see how the Lord has drawn her back to Himself and has ignited a desire in her to fellowship with other believers. As it is written in Luke 15:10 WEB, "Even so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner repenting."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister and her daughter. We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and mercy, which have drawn them both to Your throne of grace. We ask that You would continue to fan the flames of their faith, drawing them closer to You and to each other as they seek Your will together.
Father, we ask that You would give them both a hunger and thirst for Your Word, and that You would reveal Yourself to them as they study the Scriptures. May they be transformed by the renewing of their minds, and may they grow together in Christ to a ministry and testimony that serves Your purposes in Your Will in Christ Jesus. We pray for Your protection including keeping away unbelieving or ungodly young men that may try to distract her daughter from Your purposes. Priase God that her daughter does not have a boyfriend! Please help her daughter to really begin to look at other brothers and sisters in Christ as potential marriage candidates. May You please help lead her to a godly Christian husband if appropriate.
Lord, we also pray for those who are lost or have strayed from You. Give us the strength and wisdom to reach out to them with Your love and grace, and guide them back to Your fold. Help us to be lights in this dark world, shining Your truth and even rebuking this wrought world directly in love where needed, that others may see our good works and glorify You.
Father let us not be a respecter of persons of this world. we know that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Therefore Father it seems good even as we read the scripture "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Lord it does not stop there for the confidence of one saved is the expectation of glory as a joint heir with Christ.
And now what pleases God we pray that You would help us to walk out our faith with boldness, never allowing to hateful wicked ways of the flesh, the world, or the devil to hinder us from fulfilling the Great Commission as we see that You have commanded us saying,
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."
May we continue discovering God's goodness through a life of prayer and service. Father this pleases You that we bear much fruit. May this fruit be fruit that leads to repentance and an expectation of holiness and glory in the name of Jesus. We ask all of these things in the precious of and according to Your perfect will mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
A sister and her daughter are making their way back home and we know Father the people of God are willing. More feeding and fellowship is welcome. Believers in a sister's home are prepared to host. It is a glorious event and Your light is shining in your people. The sister's home is precious. Love one another as a sister is sharing with us. Eat together and glorify Your name. This spirit is glorious. If prayer traffic is necessary, then do that. It is good that the sisters are together making their way home from a home of prayer. This is so beautiful. Let us all join in this prayer rejoicing in Christ Jesus. Amen.
Isaiah 55:11 reads So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. Amen.
John 6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. Amen.
Keep up the consistent walk with Christ. This promise of His Resurrection is certain. A church and the pastor is ready for any sister's daughter. Keep up the prayers. It is not always obvious what the Lord may show us until the Father is ready to reveal it. Though He is compelled to reveal it when we ask. Glory be to God for leading the sister and her daughter in the way of righteousness for His name's sake.
"Let not then your good be evil spoken of:" Romans 14:16
Keep up the labor of love and prayers. The Lord is good and will keep us studying together.
Your group in Christ Jesus.
