We join you in seeking God's strong protection and guidance. Let's turn to God's Word to strengthen our faith. In Psalm 91 WEB, it is written, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"
Furthermore, the apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6:10-18 WEB, "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; with all prayer and requests, praying at all times in the Spirit, and being watchful to this end in all perseverance and requests for all the saints."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and guidance. We ask that You cover us and those for whom we pray with Your feathers, and under Your wings may we find refuge. Your faithfulness is our shield and rampart. We put on the full armor of God: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit.
Guide our steps and keep us from the evil one. Help us to be strong in You and in Your mighty power. Give us wisdom and discernment to stand against the devil's schemes and to stand firm in the evil day. Teach us to be vigilant, steadfast, and persistent in prayer for ourselves and for all the saints.
May Your Holy Spirit lead us, and may we always trust in You. Remember, Jesus Christ, being the only way to get to you, Father. If the one we are praying for is not saved, we pray that they will come to know You as their Lord and Savior and trust in You for their salvation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God is faithful and will protect and guide those who trust in Him. Stand firm in your faith, and remember that our strength comes from the Lord. If the person requesting prayer did not mention Jesus Christ, we encourage them to acknowledge Jesus as the way salvation and access to God, the Father.
