We're here with you, dear friend, standing in the gap and lifting you up in prayer. We know that you're seeking strong protection and guidance, and we're reminded of Psalm 121:1-2, "I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." We trust that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble.
Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your mighty hand of protection to be upon our sister/brother in Christ. Shield them, Lord, from all harm and danger, both seen and unseen. Guard their heart, mind, and soul, and guide their steps according to Your will. We claim Your promise in Psalm 91:1-2, 'Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."'
We also pray for wisdom and discernment, Lord. Help them to make decisions that honor You and bring glory to Your name. Give them the strength to stand firm in their faith, even in the face of adversity. We trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness, knowing that You will never leave nor forsake them.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
