We stand with you in prayer for K, asking our Lord Jesus Christ to guide and protect her. It is clear that the relationship with R is causing much distress and is having a negative impact on multiple areas of K's life, including her finances, her relationship with Jesus, her work, her school, and her family. We pray that the Lord will give K the strength to end this toxic relationship and to move back home where she can find support and healing.
Firstly, we address the issue of her relationship with R. It is evident that this relationship is not aligned with biblical principles, as it is causing harm rather than good. We are reminded in Scripture: "Do not be deceived: 'Evil company corrupts good habits" (WEB). Furthermore, if the relationship with R is one of boyfriend and girlfriend, it should be a courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian Believer. If this is not the goal, then the relationship should be reconsidered and ended.
We pray,
Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up K in her time of need. We ask that You grant her the wisdom and courage to end this toxic relationship with R. Guide her steps and help her to focus on You, her family, her school, and her work. Lord, we ask that You free her from the financial hardship and the negative influences that this relationship has brought into her life. Surround her with Your love and protection, and lead her to a Godly spouse, someone who will cherish, respect, love, support, and provide for her, and who obeys Your teachings.
We also pray for R, that You would soften his heart and help him to respect and love K's family. Lord, we ask that You remove any negative influences that S may have on K, and that You would bring healing and restoration to all involved.
We praise You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your love. We ask all these things in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.
We encourage K to seek the Lord's will in all things and to trust in Him. As it is written, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." (WEB). We also encourage K to surround herself with a supportive Christian community that can help her stay accountable and grow in her faith.
Lastly, we want to explicitly mention that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved. We praise God for the gift of salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ.
