Cralmilan, thank you for your heartfelt prayer request. We join you in lifting up your family to the Lord, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name and His blood shed for us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved as the bible tells us in John 14:6 We also remember what Jesus said when people were criticizing the disciples for bold preaching and using the name of Jesus. In Luke 9:49 And John answered, Master, we saw someone casting out demons in your name; and we forbade him, because he does not follow with us. In Luke 9:50 Jesus said to him, Do not forbid him, for he who is not against you is for you.
We stand with you in pleading the blood of Jesus Christ over your family, Rebuking Satan and any evil influences from hindering God's purposes for your family as we are told to do in James 4:7 Be subject therefore to God; but resist the devil, and he will flee from you. God's divine protection surrounding your family like a hedge as found in Job 1:10. Have you not made a hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.
We agree with you in praying for togetherness, peace, joy, and good health for your family. We ask God to strengthen the bonds between you, fill you with wisdom and knowledge, and break any financial struggles or generational curses as described in Galatians 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us; for it is written, Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree. We also see curses described and strongly disouraged in Proverbs 26:2 and Deuteronomy 21:23 and Galatians 1:8 .
We pray for the mending of any broken relationships, and for God's supernatural peace and joy to surround you always in Jesus' name. We ask God to make your home a sanctuary of His peace and love, and a welcoming environment for all who visit. This time of year can present various forms of distractions and demands for material things and pleasures toplease everyone. We rebuke this type of idolatry and pray that He keeps your focus on Him totally, as we are told in Isaiah 26:3 You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.
We must also remind you, that as Christians we must be accountable to God in not only our love for Him but our love for our neighbors and even our enemies. There are no exceptions in God's word to loving our neighbors and enemies. This also includes Christians that have made mistakes in their lives. This is also true for non Christians, We must never hate others or pray for bad things to happen to people. Praying for bad things to happen to people is cursing and is forbidden as well as simply being hateful. This is a sign of not loving our enemies and neighbors. Luke 6:27 But I tell you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, We must remember the following from Romans 3:23 says “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”, and James 2:10 says “For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.”. Some focused prayer time should be allocated to pray about this. This is a good time to address this subject.
We appreciate your trust in the power of prayer and we join you in believing that nothing is impossible for Jesus. We also pray for those praying with you, that God would bless them and their families abundantly.
Let us affirm this and rephrase your opening statement together to God. Father we humbly come before You in the name of Jesus, Your one and only Son, thanking You for our brother Cralmilan and his family, as well as our families. Father we plead the power of Your Son Jesus' blood, shed for us on The Cross, and pray for any redirection of evil plans against Your purposes for our families in Jesus' name. Father, fill our families with Your joy, Your peace, and Your love. In Jesus' name.
Finally, Cralmilan. always remember the words found in John 16:23 In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Remind yourself of this each time you pray, asking God for what you need in the name of Jesus, Your Lord and Savior.
We join you, Cralmilan, in celebrating the blessings and miracles God is doing in your family. We will continue to pray with you, especially against any negative influences trying to control your family, as well as breaking any curses of jealousy.
