We understand that you are seeking God's protection and blessing over your lives and that you have a few specific requests related to work, communication issues, and unspecified past actions. We will address each of these in our response here. Firstly, let us acknowledge that it is only in the name of Jesus your request has been in the end out of respect for our directive.
In dealing with the concern about something you do not want R to find out, let us look at the following scriptures: "Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. "WEB. This is a clear reminder that our actions have consequences, and while we should always strive to do what is right, if we have made mistakes, it is better to confess them and seek forgiveness rather than trying to hide them. This is between you and God first since all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God but it is part of life to deal with the consequences. You did not mention actually having repented for whatever this action might be. Your goal should be not to manage or hide the consequences but to turn from your sin to God using scriptures such as Acts 3:19 (WEB), "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord." If this impacts R in a relationship, then speak to a counselor, possibly with R also, so it can be resolved properly.
Regarding the issue of communication from S, it seems there is some apprehension or potential conflict. The situation is more broad than this. It is clear from what you said that you need God's direction for ALL questions to be answered. We just want to caution you to consider the following: If you are trying to avoid further communication, there might be unresolved issues or conflicts you are avoiding that need to be addressed. We are called to be peacemakers and to resolve conflicts biblically. "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift." WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up your requests. We pray for R's day at work, that it would be blessed and productive, and that they would be a light for you in that environment. We ask for your guidance and provision throughout this month and during the Christmas season, that you would fill them with your joy and peace. If there is something that was done wanting it to remain secret towards R, will have to be handled by God. For this process of of resolving the questions and communication issues from S, we pray there there will be a true resolution to any conflicts and that closure/resolution would be aligned with your will. We ask for your easing and protection over them, that no harm would come to them, and that they would trust in your you completely. We pray for due diligence in full repentance towards God and a guidance towards a proper counselor if they would be impacted by this and that they would be guided.
