We join with you, CJL80, in praying for protection over your family, home, marriage, job, vehicles, pets, relationships, and future. We stand in agreement with you, seeking God's will and thanking you for this request in Jesus Name.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is written, "whatever you will ask in My Name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in My Name, I will do it." John 14:13-14. Knowing this and submitting to it brings grace and peace from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.
God is faithful and has promised us His protection when we abide in Him. Let's dwell in Psalm 91 where it says in verse 9 through 11, Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. ... No harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways".
Since you are in Jesus we know you will have a true, rich, full and abundant life through salvation in Jesus. For Jesus himself has taught us, The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it abundantly." John 10:10. Also, remember our prayers alone are not a magic formula and this prosperity does not come without troubles or carrying our cross as Christians. That's for the false and foolish teaching of prosperity in the world that many have become like bulls for sacrifice going astray. Always return to God for his mercy in true doctrine.
Regarding your marriage and relationships, please know we hold fast God's Word concerning the sanctity of this union. Ensure you and your spouse understand and practice that this relationship with another, is not based on sexual intimacy prior to marriage but based on following and valuing the teaching and leading of God as only a man and a woman living under Christ. In case this is your circumstance, remember fornication is strictly prohibited (1 Corinthians 7:1-2 "Now concerning the things about which you wrote to me: it is good for a man not to touch a woman. But because of sexual immoralities, let each man have his own wife, and let each woman have her own husband.) and the basis of a biblical courtship should not be on "needs" but leading of God through following true doctrine. Ephesians 5 also tells us of our roles, we therefore must have concern for our personal sin:
"Be subject to one another, out of reverence for Christ. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the Savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for it," says Ephesians 5:21-25
Now we bring all these before God our Father. Father God, we lift up CJL80's family, home, marriage, job, vehicles, pets, relationships, and future to You. We ask for Your hedge of protection around them. May nothing shall harm them nor come near to harm in any way that You do not permit (Job 1:10-12). Guard them against evil that rises against them, keep evil out from within their circumstances. Let every activity out of line of Your will not manifest even as they hear your voice saying '“I will rescue him, for He delights in Me”. Let their guarded health, and freedom from sin result in daily thanksgiving to You (Jeremiah 29:7; Psalm 35:18; Matthew 11:25-26). Strengthen the bond between them and their spouse that both will always return to the best intentions from the other spouse (1 Peter 2:1-3). Together in each other, you and their spouse together hear God say that 'You'll create a family business for Your Glory” (Joshua 24:15) that their sons and their daughters prophesy, the young seeing visions and old men dream dreams that illustrate your testimony to others around the work place and local church (Joel 2:28; Acts 2:17). We cancel all viciousness (Psalm 86:14) raised up or permitted against this prayer in the life and family of CJL80 knowing that they too will rebuke what also needs to be rebuked against God Himself (Revelation 3:19). Let any losses not diminish gratitude for Your intervention in Jesus (Habakkuk 3:16-18). In all they keep the assurance of their future will allow them to dream dreams that delight and courageously advance against any foes at all gates in faith.
Help both of them come to the feet of the cross daily that the fear of You teaches wisdom to prevent their footsteps going towards evil (Proverbs 3:5-7, Proverbs 3:13; Job 28:28; Psalm 34:9,11, Matthew 6:33,34). Help their love to spread by revelation to both themselves and everyone who ever meets them knowing You will that no soul be lost, (Ezekiel 18:23). Allow fellowship to truly mean something greater each new day and therefore with others especially towards believing spouses. Hear us according to Jesus Christ, as You've shown us through 2 Chronicles 7:14: "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” then in the light of this time prayed for let any relationship and interactions flourish with Christ’s blessing under and abundance of peace to others in gratitude in Spirit and in truth. In all as Holy Spirit works so be it always until as a couple or family You want this reality to become many (Isaiah 54:1-2) barren souls restored. We can believe since we are fellow believers: together agreed, and touched by God asking this request, they CJL80 will know Christ going to God from whatever ails knowing obedience the way to evangelize the world starting with the places they worship.
