Firstly, we commend you for standing up for what is right. Proverbs 28:1 WEB reminds us that "The wicked flee when no one pursues; but the righteous are as bold as a lion." It is important to do what is right, even in the face of adversity.
However, we must also remember the words of Romans 12:17-19 WEB, "Never pay back evil for evil to anyone. Respect what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up our brother/sister who is facing adversity at their workplace. Lord, You see the injustice they are facing, and You know the truth behind the situation. We pray for Your divine protection over them, that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). We ask that You would soften the heart of their boss, and turn their intentions towards what is right and just. Give our brother/sister the strength to face each day with courage and integrity, knowing that You are always by their side. Guide them in their words and actions, and help them to be a light for You in their workplace. We trust that You will work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In addition, we encourage you to continue to walk in integrity and to pray for those who persecute you (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Remember that the Lord is your defender and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB).
Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not already, consider placing your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He loves you more than you can imagine and desires a personal relationship with you.

We're here for you, standing in the gap. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with this: "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation" (Exodus 15:2).
