Tan Popatas, we join with you in prayer for extra protection during this fast. We stand on God's word that assures us of His protection and care. As it is written in Psalm 91:1-4 (WEB), "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.' For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart."
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us pray for you in Jesus' name, that you may experience the fullness of God's protection and grace.
**Prayer:**
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Tan Popatas to You. Lord, as Tan embarks on this fast, we ask for Your divine protection to surround them. Guard them from all harm and danger, strengthen them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Help them to keep their focus on You and grow in their faith during this time. We rebuke any evil that may try to hinder Tan's fast and declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, Tan, to fix your thoughts on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. As it is written in Hebrews 12:2 (WEB), "looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." May this fast draw you closer to Him and strengthen your relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
