We understand that you're seeking protection from a former manager who is attempting to cause harm to your life. Firstly, let's turn to God's Word for reassurance: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says Yahweh. (Isaiah 54:17 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection for Anonymous. Lord, You know the circumstances they are facing, and You are sovereign over all. We ask that You shield them from the harmful intentions and actions of their former manager. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them in judgment be condemned. We pray that You surround Anonymous with Your favor as with a shield, and that You guide them in the paths of righteousness for Your name's sake.
Anonymous, remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Stand firm in your faith and put on the full armor of God, which includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17 WEB).
Lastly, forgive those who persecute you, as Jesus commanded (Matthew 5:44 WEB). This does not mean you should allow harm to come to you, but rather, release the bitterness and anger that can consume your heart. Trust that God will deal justly with those who seek to harm you.
We rebuke any fear or anxiety in your life, as "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB)
Stay strong in your faith and keep your eyes on Jesus. If you haven't already, make sure to submit your life to Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God's power and protection. "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12 WEB)

We also pray for wisdom and discernment. Help them to navigate this situation wisely, and to trust in Your perfect timing. Give them the words to say and the actions to take, guided by Your Holy Spirit.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
