We understand your need for protection, dear Anonymous, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and guidance.
Firstly, let's remember what the Word of God says about protection: "You are my hiding place and my shield. I hope in your word." (Psalm 119:114, WEB). God is our ultimate protector, and we can find solace and security in Him.
However, we also need to address the root of the issue. If your old managers are causing you distress, it's important to ensure that you are conducting yourself in a manner that aligns with biblical principles. The Bible teaches us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." (Romans 12:18, WEB). This includes our behavior in the workplace.
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection over Anonymous. Lord, we know that You are a shield around those who take refuge in You. We ask that You guard Anonymous from any harm or distress caused by their old managers. Guide Anonymous by Your Holy Spirit to act in accordance with Your will, demonstrating love, kindness, and professionalism. If there are any wrongdoings on the part of Anonymous, Lord, reveal them so that repentance and correction can take place. We trust in Your power to resolve this situation and to bring peace and protection to Anonymous. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As the Scripture says, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, confessing Him as your Lord and Savior.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
