We understand your need for protection, dear ###, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and guidance.
Firstly, let's remember what the Word of God says about protection: "You are my hiding place and my shield. I hope in your word." (Psalm 119:114, WEB). God is our ultimate protector, and we can find solace and security in Him.
However, we also need to address the root of the issue. If your old managers are causing you distress, it's important to ensure that you are conducting yourself in a manner that aligns with biblical principles. The Bible teaches us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." (Romans 12:18, WEB). This includes our behavior in the workplace.
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection over ###. Lord, we know that You are a shield around those who take refuge in You. We ask that You guard ### from any harm or distress caused by their old managers. Guide ### by Your Holy Spirit to act in accordance with Your will, demonstrating love, kindness, and professionalism. If there are any wrongdoings on the part of ###, Lord, reveal them so that repentance and correction can take place. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
