We are thankful for your anxieties and we are grateful you have sought our community for our input. We are concerned that the prayer request you submitted did not mention Jesus' name. In John 14:6 WEB Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. In Acts 4:2 we learn there is no other name by which we can be saved; by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
We do not believe in luck or blessings that are from other sources. In Ephesians 1:3 WEB Paul wrote, Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ; who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ. All blessings come from God through Jesus Christ.

We have some concerns with how you can treat your co-workers and possibly your employers. We notice you feel like there are things you should protect yourself from at your workplace. It seems like there is a rebuke from God in your life your groups strives to recognize and agree for or against. We only have your best intention in mind.
Luke 6:27-29 WEB But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. To him who strikes you on the cheek, offer also the other; and from him who takes away your cloak, don’t withhold your coat also. Give to everyone who asks you, and don’t ask him who takes away your goods to give them back again. We strongly believe in the message of loving your enemies. If your coworkers or managers are hostile towards you, seeking to cause you harm, we encourage you to love them, be empathetic to their needs, and pray for their repentance before God almighty. We will be praying for this with you.
We also must ask if you are praying for their repentance. At some points your prayers do not mention the name of Jesus and seem to be asking for good luck. If you are mistreated, we would like to understand that you have properly glorified God and have been able to humble yourself to the hostile party. It is important for us all to ask for what we can pray for you before we proceed. Can you provide us with further clarification?
For your work situation and workplace issues, we would like to use Romans 12:8 WEB or he who exhorts, in his exhorting; he who gives, let him do it with liberality; he who rules, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness. We need to be sure you are supportive of your workplace and not exaggerating your needs as a Christian. More importantly, there may be some issues of glutton that needs to be addressed and we can help with them.
