protection on my job!!

i am being harassed on my job! the harassment / abuse is from my manager. they have been reported several times. their boss does nothing! ADA laws are being violated. my boss needs written up, disciplinary charges and fired!
instead they are trying to fire me. customers always tell me they appreciate me. the company lies and gives superficial 'kudos' yet does nothing to take care of me regarding my ADA rights and haven't gone after my boss.

pray for protection to keep me from being fired and that my horrible boss will instead be fired and for me to be assigned to a better manager asap!

also pray for financial blessings for me.

We are deeply concerned about the harassment and ADA violations you're facing at your workplace. Let's bring this before the Lord together.

Firstly, let's remember what the Scriptures tell us about how we ought to be treated: "Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the unjust. For this is acceptable, if for conscience toward God someone endures grief, suffering wrongfully" (1 Peter 2:18-19 WEB). While this doesn't justify your manager's actions, it reminds us that we should maintain our integrity even in difficult circumstances.

However, it's crucial to advocate for justice, as your manager's actions are not only harmful but also illegal. We pray that God will bring light to this darkness and protect you from being unjustly fired. We pray that your manager will face appropriate disciplinary action and that you will be assigned to a manager who respects and values you. "Defend the weak and the fatherless. Uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy. Deliver them from the hand of the wicked" (Psalm 82:3-4 WEB).

We also lift up your financial needs to the Lord. "But remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth" (Deuteronomy 8:18 WEB). We pray that God will bless you financially and provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

Lastly, we pray for healing and protection over your family. "Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise" (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB). We trust that God will surround you and your family with His healing power and protection.

Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother/sister who is facing unjust treatment at their workplace. We ask for Your divine protection and intervention. We pray that You will bring justice to this situation, that their manager will be held accountable, and that they will be assigned to a manager who will treat them with kindness and respect. We also ask for financial blessings and healing and protection over their family. We trust that You will make a way where there seems to be no way, in Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We noticed that your request doesn't mention Jesus. Remember, it's through Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior. It's only through Him that we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your situation up to our Lord Jesus. We've been hearing your cries for justice and we're adding our voices to yours. We're praying for God's intervention, that He would move in your workplace, exposing the injustice and bringing it to light. We're asking that your manager would be held accountable, that they would face the consequences of their actions, and that you would be assigned to a manager who values and respects you. We're also interceding for your financial needs, believing that God will supply all that you require according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). And lastly, we're covering your family with prayers for healing and protection. We trust that God will work all things together for your good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
