We join with you, Makarenteo, in lifting up your family and the challenges you're facing. The Bible tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, authorities, and powers of this dark world (Ephesians 6:12, WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for your faithful stance for Christ, even amidst such darkness. Remember, Jesus has given us authority to trample on snakes and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19, WEB). Do not be afraid, for the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB).
Let us pray together:
*Father, in Jesus' name, we bring Makarenteo, her husband, their children, and her husband's family before you. We ask for your divine protection and deliverance from all forms of witchcraft and occult influences. Break every chain of bondage, and set them free, Lord. We pray especially for Makarenteo's husband, that you would deliver him completely from any spiritual bondage, and fill him with your Holy Spirit. Cause him to grow strong in faith and be a godly husband and father.*
*Lord, we also lift up Makarenteo's in-laws. We pray that you would soften their hearts and open their eyes to the light of the gospel. Bring them to a place of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Protect Makarenteo and her children from any harm or negative influences, Lord. Cause them to walk in your light and truth, and to grow strong in the faith.*
Makarenteo, stand strong in the faith, and do not consider divorce, for God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16, WEB). Continue to pray fervently, and trust God for your husband's complete deliverance. Be wise and discerning, but do not live in fear. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily - the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:13-18, WEB). With God's armor, you can stand firm against all the strategies of the devil.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, for it is only by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (John 14:13-14, WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this trial.
