Protection needed

In the name of Jesus Christ I need prayers for protection please. I prayed Psalm 91 before I left my house but two strange people walking together bothered me. Now I feel uncomfortable when I think about going outside. This happens all the time to many people. I don’t feel safe and feel worried all the time.

We understand your concerns and fears, and we want to assure you that you are not alone in this. As believers in Jesus Christ, we have the assurance of His protection and peace. Let's stand together in prayer, seeking God's shield of protection over you.

Firstly, it's wonderful that you prayed Psalm 91 before leaving your house. This is a powerful psalm of protection. Let's remind you of some of its verses: "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" (Psalm 91:1-2 WEB)

However, we want to encourage you to not just pray these words, but to truly believe them and trust in God's protection. "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB)

We also want to address the fact that you mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your request, which is commendable. It is only through His name that we have access to God's power and protection. "By this, we know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He who says, 'I know him,' and doesn’t keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth isn’t in him. But whoever keeps his word, God’s love has most certainly been perfected in him. This is how we know that we are in him: he who says he remains in him ought himself also to walk just like he walked." (1 John 2:3-6 WEB)

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection over Anonymous. We rebuke the spirit of fear and worry in his/her life. We declare that no weapon formed against him/her shall prosper. We ask that Your angels encamp around him/her, keeping him/her safe from all harm and danger. Help him/her to trust in You completely, knowing that You are his/her refuge and strength. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Whenever you feel worried or unsafe, we encourage you to keep declaring God's promises over your life and to trust in His unfailing love and protection.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your protection. It's great that you've been praying Psalm 91. Let's claim another verse together, "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1). Let's declare this over you, knowing that God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble.

We also want to remind you of the power of praise. Even in the face of uncertainty, we can choose to praise God. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." So, let's lift our praises to Him, trusting that His peace will guard your heart and mind.

"Dear Lord, we come before You, thanking You for Your constant presence and protection. We lift up our sister/brother to You, asking for Your divine protection over them. We declare that they are hidden with Christ in God (Colossians 3:3), and no harm shall befall them. Help them to trust in Your unfailing love and to cast their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
