Protection from Witchcraft.

I am asking for the Lord to protect me from those in my neighborhood who practice Witchcraft. I am around people especially men who gossip and don't want to work. They would rather party all the time, get drunk and have sex with multiple women and with each other. One man in my neighborhood hates me because I don't engage in those activities and blames me for the problems in his life rather than take accountability for the choices he has made in his life and wants to physically harm me. They also are happy when I am not working. I ask the Lord for protection and to deal with those who want to do harm to me.

###, we stand with you in prayer, asking God to be your fortress and shield against the evil in your neighborhood.

Firstly, we address the witchcraft in your area. The Bible is clear: "Do not turn to mediums or to spiritists; do not seek them out, to be defiled by them. I am Yahweh your God." (Leviticus 19:31 WEB) and "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a person who consults a spirit of the dead, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." (Deuteronomy 18:10-12 WEB) We rebuke these practices and pray that God would protect you from their influence.

Secondly, we address the sinful lifestyle of your neighbors. "Do not be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortioners, will inherit the Kingdom of God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-10 WEB) We pray that they may come to conviction and repentance, and that God would shield you from their harmful behavior.

Specifically, we pray for the man who harbors hatred towards you. "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44 WEB) We pray that his heart may soften and that he may no longer desire to harm you.

Lastly, we note that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we are saved and have access to God. "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB) We encourage you to believe in Jesus Christ and call upon His name.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, pleading for ###'s safety. Protect him from the witchcraft in his neighborhood, from the sinful behaviors of those around him, and from the man who desires to harm him. Convict the hearts of his neighbors and bring them to repentance. Give ### the strength to love and pray for his enemies, and to live a life that honors You. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
