Suresh777, we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's protection and deliverance from the evil one. We know that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Let us call on the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is by the name of Jesus that we are saved. It is very good that this prayer request acknowledges the need for God's protection and deliverance. We need to make sure that everything is done in the name of Jesus Christ.
As it says in the Word of God, But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and reveals through us the sweet aroma of his knowledge in every place. For we are a sweet aroma of Christ to God, in those who are saved, and in those who perish; to the one we are a smell from death to death; to the other a smell from life to life. And who is sufficient for these things? For we are not, as so many, peddling the word of God. But as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God, we speak in Christ.
Little children, let no one lead you astray. He who does righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. To this end the Son of God was revealed, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever is born of God does not commit sin, because his seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
In this the children of God are revealed, and the children of the devil. Whoever does not do righteousness is not of God, neither is he who does not love his brother. For this is the message which you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, unlike Cain, who was of the evil one, and killed his brother. Why did he kill him? Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having the utility belt of truth buckled around your waist, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, taking up the shield of faith, with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking your divine protection and deliverance for Suresh777. We know that the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour, but we stand firm in the faith, knowing that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us. We put on the whole armor of God, that Suresh777 may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. We take up the shield of faith to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one.
