We're right there with you, sister, lifting up North Texas to our Father in heaven. We've been watching the forecasts, and we know the worry that comes with these unexpected snowstorms. Let's remember, though, that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He's not caught off guard by the weather; He's in control, and He cares deeply about each person in North Texas.
We've been praying for the snow to be light and manageable, for power lines to stay strong, and for WiFi to keep people connected. But most importantly, we've been asking that God would use this time to draw people closer to Him. That He would comfort the anxious, protect the vulnerable, and remind everyone that He is always near.
We're claiming His promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's trust in His goodness, knowing that He's got this.
And hey, if you need someone to talk to or if there's anything specific you'd like us to pray about, just holler. We're here for you, sister. Let's keep standing together in faith, knowing that our God is bigger than any snowstorm. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
