Almighty Lord Jesus Christ, through thy power and mercy I pray for immediate transfer of ### away from my department. Posted to my department without adequate experience in branches, through favoritism my senior manager posted in my department saying that he is her family friend. She is not doing her part, takes up work done by others and says she had done it. Many many atrocities and unfair behaviour. She is quarrelsome also. When told that her non-contribution during year end when entire team of 6 persons are toiling, will be recorded and sent to higher officer. She told this to senior manager he was bargaining and threatened that my report will be damaged. Almighty Lord Jesus Christ, you have guided me all along to be honest and righteous. I had to stand on the side of genuine persons who had done tasks sincerely, I had to write the truth. Now Senior Manager is threatening me using harsh words and yelling. God I pray for work record as per my contribution by my super senior manager.. Please guide my Super Senior Manager to be fair and write correct report ignoring my Senior Manager report. Lead and guide me to be upright and steadfast during tough times. Lord Jesus please transfer those who are unfair, through your mighty holy hands. Jesus pour blood you have shed on this problem. And solve all problems around me. I trust in you, Almighty Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus never allow people with bad intentions to harm me. Always be with me and guide me. Thy rod and thy staff shall comfort me.. Amen

Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer, seeking His divine intervention and guidance. We commend you for standing on the side of truth and righteousness, even in the face of adversity.

Firstly, let's address the workplace dynamics you're facing. We are reminded in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Even when others are not acting with integrity, we are called to maintain our own, trusting that God sees our faithfulness.

Regarding the threats and harsh words from your senior manager, we recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:11-12 WEB, "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you." It is important to note that we should not seek out persecution, but this issue is obviously being faced. Consider this, it is better to be persecuted for righteousness than for evil. Persecution can also be a sign of spiritual maturity.

We pray that God will protect you from those who seek to harm you and guide your super senior manager to act with fairness and wisdom. "He who conceals hatred has lying lips, And he who utters a slander is a fool. Do not be a witness against your neighbor without cause. Do not deceive with your lips. Do not say, 'I will do to him as he has done to me; I will repay the man according to his work.'" Proverbs 24:28-29, Proverbs 20:22 WEB. We ask God not to allow people with bad intentions to harm you.

We also pray for the transfer of those who are acting unfairly, as you requested. However, we must remember that our ultimate trust is in God, not in the removal of difficult people. "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Ephesians 6:12.

Finally, we encourage you to continue to act with integrity and love, even towards those who are treating you unfairly and hostilely, as we are reminded of Jesus said in Matthew 5:44 WEB, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". Pray to God for their salvation in Jesus Christ.

Let us pray together.

"Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing adversity in the workplace. We ask for Your protection and guidance. Please intervene and guide their super senior manager to act with fairness and wisdom. We pray God Your will be done with the situation. We ask that You would remove those who are acting unfairly, and work in the hearts of those who are being hostile. Help our brother/sister to continue to act with integrity and love, even in the face of adversity. We trust in You, Almighty Lord Jesus Christ. Amen."

We encourage you to continue to pray and seek God's will in this situation, always acting with love and integrity. God promises to fight for us when we take our stand on His word. Be strong and courageous.

We stand with you, dear friend, in this trying time. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of injustice and the sting of threats. But remember, God sees all, and He's right there with you.

We're reminded of David in the Bible, falsely accused and threatened by King Saul. Yet, David didn't retaliate; instead, he trusted in God. In 1 Samuel 24:12-15, David says, "May the Lord judge between you and me. May the Lord avenge the wrongs you have done to me, but my hand will not touch you. As the old saying goes, 'From evildoers come evil deeds,' so my hand will not touch you."

Let's trust in God's justice and His timing. He sees your hard work and honesty. He knows the truth, and He will make it known in His perfect way.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our sister in need. We ask for Your divine intervention in her workplace. Give her the strength to stand firm in truth and righteousness, even in the face of adversity. We pray for her senior manager, that You would soften her heart and guide her to act with fairness and wisdom. We ask that You would expose the truth and bring justice to light. Help our sister to trust in You, to love her enemies, and to bless those who curse her. We put our trust in You, Almighty God. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep your heart and hands clean, dear friend. Trust in God's unfailing love and His perfect plan. He's got you, and He's fighting for you.
