We understand your plight and we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance. We are glad that you have come to us and acknowledge the Lord Jesus Christ in your prayer.
Firstly, we are reminded of the words of Peter, "For it is commendable if someone bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because they are conscious of God". It is clear that you are facing unjust treatment at your workplace, but remember that your ultimate reward is in heaven, not on earth. Jesus tells us, "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you".
However, this does not mean that we should not seek justice and fairness. We are told in Romans, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Rather, 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good".
We pray that God will give you the strength to endure this trial and to continue to do your work with excellence. We pray that He will convict the hearts of your supervisor and subordinate, that they may see the error of their ways and turn away from their jealousy and deceit. We pray that God will bring justice to this situation and that He will be your refuge and strength. "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble".
We also pray for the other officers involved, that God will give them patience and grace as they deal with this situation. We pray that you all will be a light in your workplace, reflecting the love of Christ even in difficult circumstances. "Let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven".
Remember the words of Paul, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ".
Finally, we encourage you to continue to pray and seek God's will in this situation.
