We are truly saddened to hear about the situation your son is facing, and we stand with you in prayer for his protection. We trust that God will intervene and bring an end to the abuse your son is experiencing. Let's turn to God's Word to find strength and guidance in this challenging time.
The Bible teaches us that God is a protector of the weak and vulnerable. In Psalm 10:17-18 WEB, it is written: "Lord, you have heard the desire of the humble. You will prepare their heart. You will cause your ear to hear, to judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that man who is of the earth may terrify no more."
We can take comfort in knowing that God hears our cries and will act on behalf of those who are suffering. Additionally, in Romans 12:19 WEB, we are reminded not to take revenge, but to leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious son to You. Lord, You are the protector of the innocent and the defender of the weak. We ask You to intervene in this situation and put an end to the abuse he is facing. Surround him with Your angels and keep him safe from both physical and mental harm.
Guide those who are providing his care to treat him with kindness, gentleness, and respect. Change their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the error of their ways. If they will not repent, we ask that You remove them from their position and replace them with caring and compassionate individuals.
We also pray for comfort and healing for this child. Help him to feel Your presence and know that You are with him always. Give him the strength and courage to face each day, and help him to forgive those who have harmed him.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for your son and to trust in God's promises. Keep in mind the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:5 WEB about the value of children "Whoever will receive one such little child in my name receives me," and "See that you don't despise one of these little ones, for I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven." Let us trust in our Heavenly Father as He has spoken these words about the value of the children, and that angels are there to assist them.
