We understand that you're dealing with a difficult situation involving rude and angry behavior, as well as hidden agendas and suspicious spirits. Let's address this together in prayer and through the wisdom of God's Word.
Firstly, we are called to love and pray for everyone, including those who exhibit such behaviors. However, it's important to set boundaries and not allow such behavior to control or harm us. We are to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves (Matthew 10:16).
Jesus himself had to deal with those who had malicious intentions and hidden agendas. Yet, he responded with truth, love, and authority. He didn't shy away from rebuking wrong behavior, nor did he allow it to deter him from his purpose. As it is written in Ephesians 4:15 "But speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ."
Regarding order, obedience, and proper behavior, it is clearly outlined in scripture. We are to behave and act with love, kindness, and self-control. This is the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Anything contrary to this is not from God.
We are also instructed to avoid and rebuke this behavior, "Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work, 2 To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, showing all meekness unto all men. 3 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another." (Titus 3:1-3)
It's encouraging to see that you've ended your request acknowledging that Jesus Christ is in control. Indeed, he is the name above all names, and it is through his authority that we can rebuke and pray against such behaviors.
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. (Matthew 28:18)
As for spying, testing, and manipulative behaviors, these are not from God and should be explicitly rebuked, "And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom our Lord Jesus shall consume with the breath of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, 9 whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders." (2 Thessalonians 2:8-9)

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this situation. We pray for wisdom, discernment, and protection. We rebuke any rude and angry behavior, shouting, yelling, hidden agendas, and suspicious spirits. We reject manipulation, disobedience, and disorder. We pray for peace, self-control, and love to prevail. We ask that you would expose any malicious intentions and protect us from them. Help us to set healthy boundaries and to respond in love and truth, not retaliation. Guide us by your Holy Spirit, and keep our hearts pure and obedient to your Word. We praise and thank God for being in control and for your divine intervention. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
