We are with you in spirit, Tachick, and we stand in agreement for Jakeb's well-being. In times like these, we remember the words of the WEB, "Don't be anxious for anything" and "Rejoice in the Lord always" Philippians 4:4-6.
We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers and principalities . It is a spiritual battle Eph 6:12.
We pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Jakeb. We pray that You will comfort him, and give him Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help him fix his mind on You, and may he seek your face and your will.
We rebuke any thoughts of suicide or self harm and claim Jesus words that "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it in its fullest" John 10:10
. Cast out any fear or anxiety, and replace it with Your perfect love.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for a hedge of protection around Jakeb, keeping him safe from any harm. We ask Your will to be made in his life and remember You have plans to prosper and to give him hope and a future.
Give Tachick the wisdom and discernment to support and love Jakeb as You do. Help them both to draw closer to You during this time.
We also pray for Jakeb's salvation, that he may believe in Jesus Christ. It is written there is no other name by which we can be saved. We ask Jesus to reveal Yourself to Jakeb and that he may accept You as his Lord and Savior and be set free from depression and anxiety.
In Jesus' name, we pray for faith to rise up, and for the enemy to have no hold over Jakeb. We declare "He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world.". We pray for this, and for the Holy Spirit's guidance, in Jesus' name.
Amen.
Tachick, remember that God is faithful, and He cares for Jakeb even more than you do. Trust in Him, and know that He hears your prayers. Continue to stand on God's word, and we will with you and hold you up in prayer. We do not know what Jakeb is going through but we do know he needs a savior and needs to be in prayer and reading Gods word.
While you pray for him, encourage him to call upon the name of Jesus. Also, make sure he knows about God's love and about the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.
