Let us first stand in agreement with you in prayer, seeking God's will and intervention in your situation. We remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have any access to God.
I trust you know salvation is only through confessing Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour who died for our sins on the cross, resurrected on third day as payment for our sins so that we may have everlasting life with Him. Presumably you have done this, but it is not clear in your request. Just a reminder that praying to God requires Jesus and their is no other name by which we be saved and have access to God. Without Jesus our prayers are doomed to fail.
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear sister and her family. We pray for her father, that You would grant him discernment and wisdom to believe and support his daughter in this delicate situation. We rebuke the lies and manipulation of the abuser, and we ask that You would expose their deceit and bring them to repentance and deliverance.
Know you are blessed that your family supports you and that you seem to have healthy relationship with them. Continue to pray for them as well.
We pray for healing and restoration for the entire family, that they may overcome the pain and trauma caused by the abuser.
Concerning the discomfort about your father calling himself the father of your baby, we encourage you to communicate openly and lovingly with him about this. Share your feelings with realistic expectations when your father has a negative attitude. You are the mother. You may need to address this with your family, others in your family, or even the child. We always want children to know and abide by what the Bible tells us. And anyone who tries to tell or mislead our children differently is repukiing God and should be stopped immediately.
Ephesians 6:4 WEB
Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things, the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience. Ephesians 5:6
Therefore you have no excuse, O man, whoever you are who judge. For in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself. For you who judge practice the same things. Romans 2:1
Concerning the living situation, we pray for God's provision and wisdom. We ask that You, Lord, would guide this family and provide the best living arrangement for them. We pray for unity and strength in their bonds, that they would support and protect each other, especially the baby.
We need to discuss your status as a single Christian mother. Note that God says you should not be having children outside marriage and very likely one parent is not a Christian. A Christian parent should not do this and unfortunately many times, your Christian parent status is ignored. You are very likely living outside of God's desire and need to address this. Fornication has occurred for you to have a child alone and this alone gives some concern of your salvation. You need to specifically repent for your sin of fornication.
since you have a child born out of fornication. The only exception to this is if your pregnancy was due to adultery, forced sex, rape, incest, abuse, miscarriage, or other similar disaster by your partner. Then forgiveness is available for those who ask.
And even then it is unclear of why you seem to have no spouse, which may be concerning to some. So pray that if a spouse is needed that one will be provided.
A quick warning about your family moving into together with you. We do not know your family relationships, but it is worth warning that this could be a problem hotbed if your father is in fact the real father of your child and no one knows this. In such a possible situation, we would need to dig deeper into the family abuse situation and counsel you not to involve your father and sister. But we are trying to give you the benefit when you say, the family member is abusive. So since we do not know all the real details walk cautiously in your living arrangements so that your past sexual sin and fornication will not further embarrass the name of Christ, your family, or yourself.
However if your family is truly a safe place for you to be with them, we also pray that you may honor your father and be a good sister. Our Godly family relationships are always very important and need to always be a place of Godly refuge where we can trust our family. Our family should never be a place away from God and yet we permit them places for unchristian living, unChristian advice, or unChristian unrepentant sin such as fornication.
A few scriptures to strengthen your single Christian Mother faith should be for you to note: Let us remember, an excellent wife (mother) who can find? For her worth is far above rubies.
The heart of her husband (father) trusts in her.
He will have no lack of gain.
She does him good, and not harm,
all the days of her life.
she seeks wool and flax,
and works eagerly with her hands.
She is like the merchant ships.
She brings her bread from afar.
She rises also while it is yet night,
gives food to her household,
and portions for her servant girls.
She considers a field, and buys it.
With the fruit of her hands, she plants a vineyard.
She arms her waist with strength,
and makes her arms strong.
She perceives that her merchandise is profitable.
Her lamp does not go out by night.
She lays her hands to the distaff,
and her hands hold the spindle.
She opens her arms to the poor;
yes, she extends her hands to the needy.
She is not afraid of the snow for her household;
for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
She makes for herself carpets of tapestry.
Her clothing is fine linen and purple.
Her husband is respected in the gates,
when he sits among the elders of the land.
She makes linen garments and sells them,
and delivers sashes to the merchant.
Strength and dignity are her clothing.
She laughs at the time to come.
She opens her mouth with wisdom.
Kind instruction is on her tongue.
She looks well to the ways of her household,
and doesn't eat the bread of idleness.
Her children rise up and call her blessed.
Her husband also praises her:
"Many women do noble things,
but you excel them all."
Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain;
but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised.
Give her of the fruit of her hands!
Let her works praise her in the gates!
I will now rise up," says Yahweh;
"I will set him in safety from this that he goes into:"

Finally, we pray for the abuser, that You would soften their heart and draw them to Yourself, bringing conviction and repentance. We ask that You would deliver them from their bondage and bring healing and restoration to the entire family.
In Jesus' name, we pray knowing that You are working in their lives.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the
principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
