We understand your concern for Kelly and the difficult situation she is facing. Let us come together in prayer and consider the wisdom of God's Word.
Firstly, we commend you for raising your children to respect, obey, and live by biblical teachings. As it is written in Ephesians 6:4 WEB, "You fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord."
We must also remember that unmarried individuals are encouraged to live holy and pure lives, as God instructs in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don't know God."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection and guidance for Kelly. Lord, we ask that You place a hedge of protection around her and our family, shielding us from negative influences. We pray that You block the attempts of Rob and his mother to lead Kelly astray and cause division. Lord, give Kelly the strength and wisdom to focus on You, her studies, and her loved ones who truly care for her. Help her to see her worth in You and not be swayed by feelings of obligation to Rob. We ask for a miracle, Father, that Rob may move back with his parents this month. We rebuke any disrespect and manipulation in the name of Jesus Christ. In all this, we pray that Your will be done, and that Kelly's heart will be drawn closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Take heart, for God is faithful. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
Continue to stand firm in your faith and trust in the Lord. We encourage you to keep praying and believing that God is working in this situation, even when it may not be apparent. Keep holding onto the promises of God and His goodness.
