Protection and God's Favor with the situation (###)

I shared room with ### teaching Science 8th. To day she went off on me about a student and I tried to walk away without arguing and she was just nasty about it. I am leaving it on God's hands!! My supervisor knows about it and I will still need to work with ###. Please pray for God's protection and God's direction. Please help me pray for a good outcome with the situation.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ### and her situation at work. Lord, You see the challenges she faces with her colleague, ###. We ask for Your divine protection over ### and for Your wisdom to guide her in every interaction.

Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." We pray for this peace to fill ###'s heart and mind, giving her the strength to handle this situation with grace and patience.

Father, we also ask for a spirit of reconciliation and understanding between ### and ###. May Your love and peace prevail in their working relationship. Guide ###'s supervisor to make wise and fair decisions that will lead to a positive outcome.

We trust in Your promise from Romans 8:28, that "all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose." We believe that You will bring good out of this situation and that Your will shall be done.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
