Firstly, we note that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). We also need to be wise and discerning, as Jesus taught, "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." Matthew 10:16 WEB.
It is important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of darkness. "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Ephesians 6:12 WEB. The hatred, gossip, and backbiting you are experiencing are manifestations of these spiritual forces. We can address this through prayer, rebuking, and spiritual warfare.
Let us also be a lamp and a light to the world. Let us be a light in our workplace and those around us will see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven. "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:16 WEB
Even though you are surrounded by enemies, remember that God is your ultimate and divine provider. He has promised to be there for us as we pursue Him first with our lives.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is surrounded by enemies at their workplace. We pray that you will expose the evil intentions of those who wish harm and replace the atmosphere of hatred, gossip, and backbiting with love, unity, and understanding as Jesus taught.
We pray for career success and new doors of opportunity for our fellow believer. May your will be done in their life, and may they find favor in your sight and in the sight of their employers. We pray that you will protect them from all evil and set them on the path of success.
We rebuke the spirit of hatred, gossip, and backbiting in the workplace. We pray together in the name and the authority of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we also pray that you will guide our fellow believer in the path of righteousness and that they will practice sincerity and integrity in their workplace as servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart, with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
