Protecting my parents from finding a new job and protecting them from their job

Hello, I’m asking for prayer over my dad and my mom to find a stable job and keep a job. My dad recently got laid off ### weeks ago and I pray that he can find another job. I know it’s a financial burden and I can also see that my dad is stressed out. I’m also asking for prayers to protect my mom from her job; she’s a ### employee and I pray for her to be able to keep her job until she retires. It breaks my heart to see her stress out. Thank you for the prayers.

In all things, we are called to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Firstly, we commend you for your love and concern for your parents. It is honorable that you seek the Lord on their behalf. We are reminded of the commandment to honor our father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise. Ephesians 6:2 WEB

Regarding your father's unemployment, we trust that God, who provides for the ravens, will not neglect your father's needs. Consider the ravens: they don't sow, they don't reap, they have no warehouse or barn, and God feeds them. How much more valuable are your parents. Luke 12:24 WEB

Pray with us:

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up the father and mother of ###. We pray that You would open the doors of opportunity for his father, that he would find a stable job to support his family. We rebuke the spirit of unemployment and stress, and we speak peace into their hearts. IJN, we ask that You would remind them of Your promises, that You will never leave them nor forsake them. Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB

For the mother, Lord, we declare Your protection over her job. Blind the eyes of those who seek to harm her and give her favor in the sight of her superiors. Help her to perform her duties with excellence and integrity, and let her light shine before others, that they may see her good works and glorify You, our Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16 WEB

We also pray for their salvation, that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior if they haven't already. We remind ### that it is through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB

Remember, ###, that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Therefore, stand firm, and see the deliverance the Lord will give you.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your parents. We're lifting them up together before the throne of grace, asking for God's favor and protection. We know the burden of worry and stress that comes with job instability, but we trust in God's care and provision. Let's pray:

"Father, we come to You today, interceding for Wreimarinlake's parents. We ask that You would guide and direct their steps, opening the right doors for them. For their father, we pray for a stable job that provides for their needs. We declare that every obstacle will crumble in Jesus' name, and we trust that You will provide according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). For their mother, we ask for Your protection over her job. We declare that she will excel and be a light in her workplace, honoring You in all she does. We also lift them up for salvation, that they would come to know Jesus personally if they haven't already. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift up your parents before the throne of grace, petitioning God's mercy and guidance during this season of uncertainty. We are honored that you have allowed us to stand with you in prayer and are grateful for the opportunity to intercede on behalf of your family.

If your father has secured a new job or your mother's position has been stabilized, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please share a praise report so that we can rejoice with you and give glory to God for His faithfulness. If your request has not yet been answered, we encourage you to post it again as a new request.

We will continue to pray for your father's job search, asking God to open the right doors and provide him with a stable and fulfilling position. We also pray for your mother's job security, asking God to protect her from any challenges or threats to her employment. We pray for their peace of mind and freedom from stress, knowing that God cares for them and is working all things together for their good.

May God bless you and your family as you continue to seek Him and trust in His promises. We pray that you will experience His love, peace, and provision during this time, in Jesus name.
