Teach me how to protect and strengthen my immune system with a healthy diet, taking the proper vitamins and minerals, rest, and exercise. Help me to always remember to practice excellent hand hygiene, not touch my face, avoid touching surfaces with my fingertips, use a single-use tissue when I have to open a door or grab a handrail and keep my cell phone clean. Let me stay at home and only go out when necessary. When I am out of the house, remind me to wear my face mask, and immediately come back home after I have done what I needed to do.
