Protect me from bullies at work who purposely gives me a hard time.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is facing difficulties with bullies at work. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and protection over ###. Your Word assures us that you are with us wherever we go and that you will never leave us nor forsake us. We pray that you would surround ### with your presence and shield them from the harm and harassment caused by these bullies.

Lord, just as Jabez prayed, "Keep me from evil," we ask that you would keep ### from the evil intentions and actions of these bullies. Give them wisdom and discernment to navigate through these challenging situations. Help them to respond with grace and love, even in the face of adversity.

We also pray for a change of heart for these bullies. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to the pain they are causing. May they experience a transformation that leads them to treat others with kindness and respect.

Lord, we lift up all those who are facing similar situations of bullying and mistreatment in their workplaces. Strengthen them, Lord, and grant them the courage to stand up against injustice. Surround them with supportive colleagues and mentors who will advocate for them.

We also pray for the leaders and authorities in the workplace. Grant them wisdom and discernment to address and resolve these issues effectively. May they create an environment of respect, fairness, and equality for all employees.

Finally, Lord, we ask for your peace to fill the heart of ###. Help them to find solace in your presence and to trust that you are working all things together for their good. Give them the strength to persevere and the assurance that you are their ultimate protector.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
