We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed and threatened by family situations, and we are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.
Firstly, it is important to remember that God cares for you and wants to help you through difficult times. In 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, it is written, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You can trust in God to help you navigate through these challenging circumstances.
Regarding the threats from your family member, it is crucial to remember that God is your ultimate provider and protector. In Psalm 37:4 WEB, it is written, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Trust in God to provide for your needs, including inheritance, and do not be swayed by threats.
It is also important to address the overwhelming duties and problems you are facing. In Matthew 11:28-30 WEB, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Trust in Jesus to help you carry your burdens and find rest in Him.
Regarding the issues with your parents, it is important to honor them, but also to seek God's will in the situation. In Exodus 20:12 WEB, it is written, "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you." However, it is also important to set boundaries and ensure that you are not enabling any unhealthy behaviors.
Lastly, regarding the issue with your gas boiler, trust in God to provide for your needs and send helpers. In Philippians 4:19 WEB, it is written, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing overwhelming circumstances. Lord, we pray for Your protection from any evil intentions or threats from family members. We ask that You would provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment in handling the situation with their parents. Help them to honor their parents while also setting healthy boundaries. We pray for Your peace to fill their heart and mind, casting out all anxiety and worry.
Lord, we also pray for practical help with the gas boiler issue. Send helpful people to assist and resolve the problem.
In all these things, Lord, we pray that our brother/sister would fix their eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith. We pray that they would find rest and comfort in Jesus while working through these trials.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
