These people took everything from me

We understand that you're feeling wronged and seeking protection and guidance in your career. Firstly, let's remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Therefore, we should not harbor bitterness or resentment, but instead forgive and pray for those who have wronged us Matthew 5:44 WEB.

However, we notice that the request does not mention Jesus Christ. We must remember to pray in Jesus Christ to God the Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only by Jesus Christ that we can be saved. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB. Therefore, unbelievers will have God's wrath remain on them, but believers in Jesus Christ have eternal life John 3:36 WEB.

Now, let's address the concern. It's important to trust God with our career and not idolize our job or the people we work with. Our favorite job and favorite person should not become idols and take the place of God. Instead, we should be content in all circumstances, knowing God is always at work in our lives. For we brought nothing into the world, so neither can we carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with these 1 Timothy 6:7.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for our brother or sister's career. Lord, we ask for Your protection and guidance. We pray for a heart of forgiveness and a faith that endures trials.

Lord, we ask that Your will be done in the life of our brother or sister. We pray for a godly spouse, marriage and a job that honors You, knowing that You have good plans for us, not to harm us but to give us a future and a hope. We know this by faith and by your word in Jeremiah 29:11.

Help our brother or sister to trust in You and not make idols out of their career or colleagues. Give them a content heart that finds satisfaction in You alone. Align their desires with Your will, and guide them in their career.

We pray for the salvation of those who have wronged our brother or sister, that they may come to know You and the power of forgiveness in Jesus Christ.

We ask this all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your situation. It's tough when people wrong us, but remember, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord" (Hebrews 10:30). Let's trust Him to make all things right in His perfect timing.

We're praying for your career, dear friend. We ask God to open doors no man can shut, and close doors no man can open (Revelation 3:7-8). We believe He will make a way where there seems to be no way. We're also praying for your heart, that you would find peace and joy in Him, no matter the circumstances.

Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He sees you, He cares for you, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Trust Him, and let's keep praying together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
